Public Service Determinations

Determinations made by the Industrial Relations Secretary Under section 52 of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013.

Under section 52 of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 the Industrial Relations Secretary may determine employment conditions of Public Service employees.
